When creating a charcuterie board, many factors go into selecting special meats and cheese that compliment one another. 

 

I will work with you to develop a delightful board that you and your guests will love, eat and talk about.

Meats can include varieties of Genoa Salami, Prosciutto, Spanish Style Chorizo, Smoked Meats

Cheeses can be either soft or hard.

Varieties of soft cheese are Feta, Brie, Camembert, Cream Cheese, Gorgonzola, Mascarpone, Boursin, etc. 

Varieties of hard cheeses are Swiss, Cheddar, Colby, Peppered Jack, Gouda or one of your favorites

Other ingredients to add are Strawberries, Almonds, Breads, Jams, Honey, Chocolates, etc.
